Bury Road Car Park is an outdoor place in E4, in North Chingford. It tends to host walking groups, so expect unhurried, low-key events. The programming leans towards gentle, steady walks that suit people who want to get out without much effort or pressure. The crowd is usually local and regular. Many of the walks run on set days of the week, so it's easy to fall into a routine if the pace suits you. Some people come for the gentle exercise. Others come for the company. Think about your own pace before you pick one. Gentle walks suit beginners, people easing back into being active, or anyone who wants a slow start to the week.
