Mornington Hall in E4 is an art venue, and its programme mixes things you wouldn't expect under one roof. You'll find theatre productions, including work pitched at families and younger audiences, alongside quieter sessions like yoga and reiki. That mix tells you a lot about the room. It draws people who like seeing something made live, and people who want an hour where nothing is asked of them. If you're choosing an event here, think about the evening you want. A stage production suits a planned outing with friends or family. A wellness session suits a weekday when you need to reset. Either way, expect a crowd that knows what it came for.
