Chingford Family Hub

Chingford Family Hub is a place for parents and babies in E4. It is less about going out and more about turning up with a buggy and a question. Most of what runs here is practical support, and much of it is built around the early years. You will find post-natal groups, new baby sessions and infant feeding cafés where you can talk to people who have been through the same thing. There is also pre-school learning and sensory play for little ones who are ready to get stuck in. The crowd is mostly new parents, often with a first or second child. Some sessions are women only, so you can choose the room that suits you. Go for the company as much as the activity.
