Big Penny Social is an art venue in E17 that doesn't take itself too seriously. Its programme leans social. You'll find quiz nights, science talks that unpack a hard subject over a drink, gaming sessions, and live music paired with spoken word. That mix tells you who turns up. People who like to argue a little, learn something, and stay for another round. Come with a team or come alone. Either works. Think about what you want before you pick. A night of listening suits a live set. A night of brain work suits a quiz or a talk. If you want a room where the crowd is part of the point, this is that kind of place.
