Gerson Main

A singer-songwriter in the broadest sense of the word. No pop venue, festival, nursing home, or theater is unfamiliar territory to him. And what about that one season of The Best Singer-Songwriter of the Netherlands in 2015? That’s where he made a name for himself as a solo artist, and what a success it was. We’re talking about Gerson Main. Known for his collaborations with Dio, Akwasi, and Typhoon, he bridges diverse worlds with a guitar as his backbone and lyrics like short stories, drawing from pop, rap, and soul influences. Last December, he took the stage at Paradiso with ‘Het Laatste feestjE’, and this year, we’re truly bringing it to a close.
