Mark Ambor

Mark Amber never saw his virality as a one-off fluke, and carefully turned his social media moments into lasting reach and a genuine connection with real fans. The New Yorker had already released his debut album 'Rockwood', and singles like 'I Hope It All Works Out' and 'Good To Be' took him straight into the charts worldwide. His warm blend of pop, rock and folk clearly landed well. That slightly 'bedroom pop'-tinged indie vibe also made for a headline tour last year, with instantly sold-out shows and festival stages playing to hundreds of thousands of people. In 2026, while working on his second album, he stumbled upon a collection of 7 tracks, all written and recorded in his home studio on East Houston Street. 'The East Houston Tapes' will be out mid-November, accompanied by a series of intimate solo acoustic underplay shows in a handful of carefully chosen cities.
