Suzan & Freek

For years, Suzan & Freek have been a constant presence at the top of the charts in the Netherlands and Flanders. The duo made their breakthrough in 2018 with ‘Als Het Avond Is’ and have since become a fixture on the music scene in both countries. In 2019, their debut album ‘Gedeeld Door Ons’ was released, winning an Edison Pop Award. Its follow-up, ‘Dromen in Kleur’ (2021), also won an Edison, this time for Best Album. Their fourth studio album, ‘Pijnstiller’, is due out on 13 November. On the same day, Suzan & Freek will perform the album live at Paradiso. “ It’s been a sort of compilation of what the past year and a half has brought us, and that’s certainly not just tough, but also great fun,” says Freek. This new chapter will be performed live for the first time in our Main Hall, featuring ten new tracks and, of course, room for favourites that have become an integral part of their repertoire.
