Magazine London in Greenwich hosts electronic music nights curated by established promoters like The Hydra. Artists span electronic and experimental sounds, from intricate composition to extended work. Programming runs to lengthy formats: intricate sound design work, multi-hour DJ sets. You come for the sounds themselves, how they're made, the technical approach. The space attracts people looking specifically for this music and these artists, not something broad or general. It doesn't try to be anything else. It's a venue shaped entirely by what it programs rather than the other way around. The kind of place you find when you know what you want to hear.
