Healthy Hearts Support Group ❤️ For anyone with a heart condition, risk factors, or who simply wants to improve their heart health. Friendly, peer-led group with occasional short talks, creative wellbeing activities, and the chance to shape the group as it grows. Every other Monday, starting 12/1/26, 10am–12pm 📍 Waldron Centre – Health Promotion Room All welcome. Come along and look after our hearts together.
