Join us for a welcoming and supportive community wellness event designed for people affected by cancer, as well as their families, carers, support networks, and anyone facing barriers to being physically active. Building on our established Exercise on Referral, Cancer Rehabilitation pathway, the event will provide a programme of inclusive, instructor-led physical activity sessions suitable for all abilities, including low-impact exercise, strength, seated activities, stretching and relaxation, alongside wellbeing sessions such as sound bathing.
