Forgive me Santa, for I have sinned. This Christmas, Santa’s HR Department is officially open and some of you have got some explaining to do. Step inside our Christmas Confessional, anonymously write down your festive sins, workplace Christmas-party confessions and crimes against December, then pop them into Santa’s sack. Said “I’m only staying for one” and somehow ended up shutting down the afters? Woke up with a traffic cone in your bedroom on Christmas Day and upset your Mum? Lost your shoes and dignity on the dancefloor in front of management? Woken up the next morning, opened your camera roll and discovered 73 photos you have absolutely no memory of taking? (Share them with us, please). Oh dear. Santa’s seen enough. Throughout the night, Santa’s HR Department will pull the best confessions and send them before The Disciplinary Panel, where Tooting gets the final say: Naughty. Nice. Or straight to a meeting with HR. Winner gets a bar tab on us in January.
