Party like Y2K might actually happen. It’s December 1999. The Millennium Bug is coming. Nobody knows what Bluetooth is. Your Nokia has 14% battery but will survive until February. We’re seeing out 2026 with a little trip back to 1999, when your Nokia battery lasted a week, the internet made that noise and a good night out didn’t require documenting every second of it. This New Year’s Eve, we’re giving the Traf a wonderful 90s makeover. Think metallic streamers, throwback cocktails and a playlist full of Britney, Spice Girls, Steps, S Club, Backstreet Boys and plenty more songs you’d forgotten you knew every word to. Come dressed in your best 1999 finery if you fancy it, double denim, butterfly clips, tiny sunglasses and questionable amounts of shimmer are all very welcome. We’ll have the drinks flowing, the 90s tunes playing and plenty of good old-fashioned pub fun before we all come together for the big countdown to 2027. Bring your favourite people, dust off your dancing shoes and come see out the year with us. Tooting, shall we party like it’s 1999?
