REURING markt
REURING is IJburg's own market, on the Joris Ivensplein every Saturday. I amsterdam calls it a small market with quality products, and the list is longer than the word small suggests: roasted nuts and dried fruit, cheese, vegetables and fruit, olives and tapenades, flowers and garden plants, bread and pastries, meat, and freshly fried fish. For eating on the spot there are Vietnamese spring rolls, fresh stroopwafels, soup, sandwiches and coffee, along with Indonesian and Surinamese meals and sambals.

When to go
Every Saturday, 9am to 4pm. I amsterdam and the city's market data both give those times, and the market's own site says every Saturday.
Good to know
The market's own site is mostly a page for traders and a list of the regulars, and it does not show a current date. So if you are coming from the other side of town, this is one to check first. The Joris Ivensplein is on IJburg, the islands at the eastern edge of the city.
