Pure Markt Park Frankendael

Some SundaysFoodIn a parkOost

Pure Markt is a Sunday market that travels between parks, based in Amsterdam, and one of its stops is Park Frankendael in Oost. The market sets up here on the last Sunday of the month. About 70 percent of the stalls sell food: Gouda cheese, vegetarian gyros, Japanese curry, American pie and oysters, with organic beer, coffee and wine to go with them. The rest is design, vintage and gifts. You can also fill your fridge here, because some traders bring fresh produce to take home.

When to go

The organiser lists the last Sunday of the month, with exceptions in its calendar. For the rest of 2026 the calendar gives Sunday 29 November and Sunday 20 December, both 11am to 5pm. The 2027 calendar starts at the end of March and runs mostly 11am to 6pm, and the organiser says those dates can still change.

Good to know

The organiser's site does not state an entry charge or say that entry is free, so we do not either. It is held in a public park, and it is an outdoor market, so check the weather. Pure Markt also goes to the Amstelpark and the Amsterdamse Bos, each on its own dates.
