The hall
This is a small gym rather than a sports factory, with routes at every level and walls up to 4.5 metres. Serious climbers get a training room with a Kilter Board and a spray wall. Facilities include changing rooms, showers, lockers, a shop, wifi, a café area and a meeting room. Payment is by card only.
The entrance and a toilet are wheelchair accessible, and there is a gender-neutral toilet and a baby changing table. Boulder holds holiday hours around Christmas, New Year and King's Day, which are posted on its opening hours page.
Prices and first visit
A day ticket costs €14.50 for adults, €13.50 for ages 18 to 24, €12.50 for ages 8 to 17 and €9.25 for children aged 6 and 7. A ten-visit card is €130 for adults, valid at all Boulder gyms for two years. Climbing shoes are compulsory and cost €5 to hire, so bring socks.
On a first visit you can climb on your own or book a private introduction lesson. It lasts an hour and costs €25 per person, with a minimum of two people aged eight or over, shoes included, and you can carry on climbing afterwards.
